This video is definitely worth watching, and the best line in it, in my opinion, is “we need a President that understands interconnectedness.”

This amazing video by Karl Fisch, Scott McLeod and Jeff Brenman, and updated by visual thinkers over at XPLANE, is thought a must-see and provoking to say the least. Their goal, in my words, is to raise awareness of the consequences our current systems education. It gives new meaning to the term, “resting on our laurels.” In their words,
“We believe that it is only through conversation, and subsequent action, that we will achieve the best possible education for our children.”

This project was brought to my attention recently related to the search for truth. I found it absolutely magnificent. The Wisdom Book captures simple, elegant and powerful statements and is visually magnificent as well. I encourage you to watch it, and I am sure you will want to see it more than once. Thank you Andrew Zuckerman!

Having given up the professional graphics & web chair years ago, so to speak, in exchange for an active life pursuing infinite possibilities, I am happy to have kept my visual mind active with some interesting work with some fun and serious work. Most of my recent work has been for our own Epic and Holifit work. Below is a list of links of this work, which of course includes this website, iglecia.com. But first…
Fun design! Two of our favorite holiday cards, so far:
When we had to break the news that we were leaving Boston.
It turns out that my humor is not that funny…
Now on to the serious work
Finally for now, here are three items created for other worlds than our own
We are right in the middle of week six. This wild ride has included a whirlwind tour of Salt Lake, Park City, an opening and welcoming of the yoga community to us (thank you Kula, Lotus Leaf and The Shop and all the great individuals we’ve met!).
I have given a very well received Epic workshop, and two more are scheduled for November. We’ll have some classes starting soon, and we’ve had both great sun and cold snow. We were sick for a week and a half, I’ve purchased more kettlebells, we’ve run around town. There’s too much to do here, we’ll need years just to feel settled in.
Beth’s work with Yin yoga and health coaching seem like special offers here. It’s amazing to be in a place where so many people are interested in life and wellness. We are extremly grateful to Jen, to Salt Lake and Park City, and to every great person we’ve met so far. Thank you!
Here is a little essence of what we are doing. I am the marketing and design guru so I have had a lot of fun work getting things going here. And yes, our signature holiday cards should be out soon!
